The site of this house is on the edge of a bend on the river Fal. The present occupier came to us and asked us to make designs for the improvement of the listed building which had been left empty for years and he had recently purchased.

The pictures above were taken on a typically wet and windy winter day in Cornwall. They show the expansive views from the house and also the state of the building which had been left to these elements.

Our drawing board man Bob Bayston did the design which was made all the more interesting by the proximity of the building to the river wall that was leaning out quite noticeably.
