Commisioned by a retired businessman, this villa was built on a steep site on Pentire with panoramic views of the sea and the river Gannel with Crantock beyond. Our brief was to design a home that took advantage of the commanding views and to be sympathetic to the Cornish vernacular with the use of local stone and slate.
A new home built to replace a dated and stucturally exhausted building on the Helford River. Our brief was to design a two storey family home which should make the most of the views and be contemporary in construction while fitting in with the neighbouring properties.
Part of our business is building inspections to satisfy the need for an Architects certificate by lenders. This converted chapel is one such job we have been inspecting over time and is an excellent example of a well considered conversion.
A part of the extensive growth of Trevaskis Farm and its business offerings has included restaurant extensions with new conservatories.
