Carnkie Community Institute

This Institute asked us to consider improvements tp their existing building, with mundic, rotten timber floors and failing roof. With enabling grants from lottery and local institutions over the following four years it was agreed to demolish and build new. Since reopening, users have increased and the Post office has been opening in the common space. The full size snooker table has it's own area but all spaces are able to access kitchen and wc's.
